Stacja Food Hall is the largest culinary-entertainment space in the Tricity. On the second floor of Galeria Metropolia we built a multi-zone destination with around 20 concepts, a full bar programme, regular events and a seasonal rooftop.
For a landlord, it is a case study in activation: a difficult, high-vacancy floor turned into a real-estate anchor and a genuine footfall engine.
This is how we work with partnersCase study
How we revived a dying mall
Galeria Metropolia was a building no one believed in anymore. Empty windows, falling footfall, customers choosing online over a walk between shops. A classic dying mall - a space that had lost its pulse.
- - Instead of another shop, we proposed a food hall
- - Local, not chains - we invited proven local eateries
- - We helped them translate menus into modern street food
- - Recurring events that give a reason to come back weekly
- - Live concerts that turn eating into meeting
A mall people used to avoid became a place you go not for a product, but for an experience. Local gastronomy gained a new audience; the gallery, a new reason to exist.

Good to know
A few details
that make it
Rooftop season
A seasonal rooftop bar adds an open-air dimension to the food hall in the warmer months.
Space that was written off
Developed on a mall floor with high vacancy - and turned into the busiest destination in the building.
Real-estate anchor
Proof that a food hall can pull footfall and anchor a whole location, not just feed it.
~600 at once
A multi-zone layout hosts around 600 guests at the same time.
