Bibi's is more than a café - it's where clean food meets good design, and the room makes you want to stay for one more coffee. Inspired by Australia, built on seasonal ingredients: no refined sugar, no artificial anything, just food that tastes like someone cared.
Start with the coffee. Get talked into a fresh juice. Stay for a cocktail that has more going on than you expected. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner - there's no wrong hour to walk in. The menu changes with the seasons, on purpose.

The missing piece of the puzzle
Among the gastro tenants Fabryka Norblina already had, one thing was missing: a place for breakfast and good coffee - one that would work in synergy with the rest of the building, not compete with it.
