Donkey Shoe is a modern speakeasy built on the mischief of Prohibition-era America - the moment gastronomy went underground and got more interesting for it. We wanted a room that hits you through smell, taste, sound, and a little bit of empathy, before the first sip.
We love tequila. We're obsessed with mezcal. We shake and stir the classics, and if you've got a favourite we don't know yet - tell us. We'll figure out how to make it.

A flaw that became an asset
Fabryka Norblina had a space nobody knew what to do with. Awkwardly carved out for offices, no inviting front entrance - from the building's point of view, useless.
- - Where others saw a problem, we saw a ready concept
- - We turned the 'hidden' entrance into part of the experience
- - We built a speakeasy - a niche, intimate cocktail gem
A space deemed useless became one of the most atmospheric bars in the building.
