Food Town is our flagship - the largest food hall in Warsaw, built inside the historic halls of Fabryka Norblina. Twenty-plus kitchens, five bars, a stage, and three event spaces, running from early breakfast to last call.
This isn't a food court. A food court rents out stalls and hopes. Food Town programmes the whole day - what you eat, what you drink, what's playing, and who you run into.

The food hall we run ourselves
Fabryka Norblina needed more than another space rented out to gastro boxes. It needed a format that pulls diverse food points into one coherent, living whole - and holds quality at a level you can't guarantee when every tenant runs on its own.
